Clean, fresh lots — for everyday premium, cold brew and blends.
Consistency and repeatability are the priority
Premium Red / Black (fully oxidized)
Stronger, “safe” profile at larger volumes. Great for HoReCa, private label, RTD/cold brew.
“Red tea” is the Asian naming · EU often calls it “black tea”
